Bring a working coffee origin story to your city

We're opening a small number of QAHWATEA cafés outside Yemen — each one built around traceable, single-terrace coffee and a roasting model we teach you to run yourself.

A café with a story customers already want to hear

A defensible niche

Yemen coffee is rare, seasonal, and hard to source directly. We handle import and roasting; you serve a menu no chain nearby can copy.

A tested café model

Fit-out, equipment list, and menu are fixed by us, refined across three company-owned cafés before we license the format.

Real training, not a manual

Owners and lead baristas train at our roastery for six weeks, covering brewing, sourcing story, and day-to-day operations.
